Jankovic wins Indian Wells women's title

INDIAN WELLS?Serbia's Jelena Jankovic won the Indian Wells women's title Sunday with a 6-2, 6-4 victory over Denmark's Caroline Wozniacki.

The 25-year-old former world number one maintained her perfect career record over Wozniacki, who has now lost all four of their encounters.

Jankovic, ranked ninth in the world, claimed her 12th career WTA title, and her first since Cincinnati last August.
