Bell to Bell will find its way at the Danao City Civic Center on February 23 at 7 p.m., said ALA Promotions vice president Dennis Cañete.
The main event will showcase a 10-round slugout between Mark John Yap of Cagayan de Oro City and Aljune Salogaol of Borbon, Cebu in the bantamweight division and Flash Intor of Negros Oriental and Edmund Velayo of Cebu City in the flyweight category.
Two six-rounders in the undercard will see Rolito Nengasca against Mark Taroja of Esperanza and Rufino Mante against Jerome Bontog in the super flyweight division. Jesson Taroja and Leo Torres face off in a four-rounder rematch after a previous draw decision in the 105 lbs.
Cañete also disclosed that reigning WBO Asia-Pacific youth super flyweight champion AJ ?Bazooka? Banal will join the fun through a three-round special sparring exhibition against selected pugilists in his continued preparation for his upcoming fight against fellow undefeated pugilist Caril Herrera on April 6 at the Araneta Coliseum in Quezon City.
The northern encounter opens up with rounds of amateur bouts between selected boxers from the cities Danao and Cebu. Ringside tickets come at P200, P100 for the lower seat, and P50 for general admission.
