Six-year-old Dajunan bags 2 gold medals in karatedo tilt

Six-year-old Franklin Dajunan claimed two gold medals in the 1st LGU Provincial Karatedo Tournament in San Miguel, Bohol.

Dajunan ruled the kata and kumite class of the boys’ 7-and-under category.

The event attracted more than 200 players from Bohol Province.

Other gold winners in the kata events are Rosalyn Apa-ap (girls 7-U); April Lofranco (girls 9-10); Junrey Barbarona and Rogine Mondragon (boys and girls 11-12); Mark Anthony Cambangay and GFrancis Lyn Dajunan (boys and girls 13-14); Tonido Mark Niel and Cenabre Glenda (boys and girls 15-17); Wilfredo Balili (men's open) and Francis Lyn Dajunan (women's open).

In the kumite level, gold winners are Jason Lamoniras and Mary France Dajunan (boys and girls 16-17); Kresel Renoblas (-48kg); Glenda Cenabre (-60kg); Eduardo Puracxan (-50kg); Donald Aleria (-55kg); Jason Lemoniras (-60kg); Concon Melvur (-70kg); Erlyn Cagay (women's open) and Nino Gubat (men's open).
