RIZAL TECHNOLOGICAL University and Globe Asiatique dispute the inaugural championship of the Softball Pilipinas-Fall Season in Saturday's Games 1 and 2 at the Rosario Sports Complex in Pasig.

The RTU Blue Thunder are the hands-down favorites to prevail after sweeping their eight elimination games and then thrashing Forward Taguig, 8-3, in last week?s Final Four.

The Blue Thunder defeated the GA Realtors twice in the eliminations by scores of 8-7 and 7-0 and are looking very sharp with RP Blu Boys ace Leo Barredo at the helm.

Also giving RTU extra muscle are RP Blu Boy Jerome Bacarisas, Ernesto Binarao, Michael Pagkaliwagan, Denmark Bathan, Edmon Moresca and Manuel Bacarisas.

But RTU can?t take things lightly against the Realtors, who needed a Final Four jolt from Phiten-Philippine Air Force before advancing to the finals.

The Realtors, enjoying a twice-to-beat bonus, first dropped a 6-3 decision to the Airmen before coming back in the afternoon to prevail, 6-2.

Game 3, if necessary, will be played next Saturday.
