MANILA, Philippines—The Philippine Basketball Association Tuesday fined three Air21 players, including star forward Arwind Santos, a total of P46,000 on top of suspensions for varying unsportsmanlike offenses during the Express’ stunning season-opening loss to new-look Rain or Shine last Sunday.
