SAN ANTONIO ? Manu Ginobili scored 23 points and seven others reach doubles figures as the San Antonio Spurs routed the Golden State Warriors 147-116 on Friday.

Richard Jefferson had 21 points for the Spurs who shot 65 percent from the field and put up the most points against Golden State this season.

Richard Jefferson finished with 21 points, Tim Duncan had 17 and six rebounds and Malik Hairston had a career best 16.

Monta Ellis scored 39 points, and Corey Maggette had 30 for Golden State, who lost their coach Don Nelson in the first quarter after he was ejected for arguing a call.

The Spurs scored their most points in a game since a 140-91 victory over Dallas in November 1991.
