Folayang sees tough fight in `Reckoning'

MANILA, Philippines--Reigning welterweight champion Eduard Folayang expects a tough battle against Korean Dooje Chung in the featured bout of the Universal Reality Combat Championship?s Colt 45 URCC XVI ?Reckoning? on March 27.

?I saw his previous fights on video and I?m impressed with his skills,? said the two-time SEA Games wushu champion.

An expert in Brazilian martial arts jiu-jitsu, Chung belongs to the NeoFight stable which prides itself as having the most number of popular Mixed Martial Arts practitioners in South Korea.

Nine other equally exciting bouts await MMA fans in the event to be held at the A.Venue Events Hall in Makati.

The comeback fight of former flyweight champion Richard Lasprilla is also expected to draw attention. He will face newcomer Angelo Estanol of Strike and Shoot.

The ?Reckoning? is the first of three major events the URCC will be staging this year.
