THE registration for the 3k, 5k and 10k “Pink October Run” on Oct. 4 is now open.

The assembly time for the “Pink October Run” is at 5 a.m. at the Terraces of the Ayala Center Cebu Mall.

The run will start at 6 a.m. There will also be a 1K walk around the Cebu Business Park.

“We hope to increase awareness among the public on the early diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer. We also believe that running is one of the best forms of promoting a healthy lifestyle,” said Fun Run chairman Dr. Peter Mancao. “We also would like to encourage the participants and their family to attend the Lay Forum on Breast Cancer awareness during the post race program,” he added.

The run is jointly organized by the Philippine College of Surgeons Cebu - Eastern Visayas Chapter, Ayala Center Cebu Mall, I Can Serve Group and the Rotary Club of Cebu Fuente.
