Crocs Run benefits Smokey Mountain kids

Philippine Daily Inquirer

THE CROCS PREPAIR TO RUN THIS SUNDAY AT the SM Mall of Asia grounds will not only showcase the running prowess of the top athletes but will also serve as a fund-raiser for the underprivileged children of Smokey Mountain in Tondo.

The sponsoring Crocs Inc. and All Condition Gear Philippines Inc. (ACGPI) said part of the race proceeds will go to WE International Philippines, an organization that gives medical, educational and other aids to Smokey Mountain kids.

A total prize of P50,000 is up for grabs in the event, tipped to draw a banner field of 2,000 in the 3K, 5K and 10K races. Registration is still open at various Crocs stores in Metro Manila.
