MANILA, Philippines—Pio Tolentino and Russell Arcilla came through with twin victories each last weekend to emerge the big winners in the first Dr. Jay Suntay Men’s National Seniors Age-Group Tennis Championships at the La Consolacion Sports Complex in Las Piñas City.

Tolentino and Arcilla teamed up to beat the tandem of Jojo Tomacruz and Dustin de Torres, 10-6, in the 40 years and above category finals for their first title.

Tolentino then combined with Doods Rubillar for a 10-8 victory over Arcilla and Jesse Lapore in the 30-above finals before Arcilla returned with Hae Won Seo for a 10-6 triumph over Lito Gelinito and Ed Gata in the 50-above class championship match.
