The twin wins capped a dominating performance for RTU which finished the tournament undefeated in 11 games.
Barredo was adjudged Best Pitcher, while the 20-year-old Bacarisas captured the Most Valuable Player and Batting Champion awards.
Bacarisas sparked the Blue Thunder offense with a total of 13 hits in 22 times at bat. He finished with seven RBIs, blasting a tournament-high five singles and five doubles while tying with four others for most triples with two.
In the battle for third place, reigning National Open champion Phiten-Philippine Air Force overwhelmed Forward Taguig, 13-2.
Five teams saw action in the inaugural semi-professional league including LBC, which bowed out of competition after losing all its games.
