Ex-NBA player tests positive in China

Former NBA player Marcus Williams has been banned from playing in China for six months after testing positive for marijuana, in what is said to be the Chinese professional basketball league’s first drugs case.

Former NBA All-Star guard Gilbert Arenas injured himself in his Chinese Basketball Association debut as his Shanghai Sharks lost to the defending champion Beijing Ducks 94-78.
