Go, the second seed, posted a 4&3 win over Mel Cubillo, while the third-seeded Zaragosa outsteadied Noel Langamin, 1-up, to seal their clash at Apo Golf in Davao. Top seed Jelbert Gamolo took a 1-down loss at the hands of No. 9 Mica Shin and No. 4 Reymon Jaraulla fell to Magno Arancon in three extra holes.
