San Beda College of Alabang reasserted its superiority in the 14th NCAA-South swimming competitions at the SBCA pool in Muntinlupa.
The Olivarez College Sea Lions needed big baskets from Johnny Jasmin and four overtime periods to fend off the La Salle-Dasmarinas Patriots, 103-101, and claim their first Universities and Colleges Athletic Association (UCAA) men’s basketball title last Friday.
SAN BEDA College scored an NCAA swimming double as the Sea Lions bagged the men’s division championship for the 11th straight time, and then added the women’s title at the end of competition recently at the Rizal Memorial Swimming Pool.
