MANILA, Philippines- Ateneo again takes a crack at La Salle Zobel?s unbeaten record as the second round of the UAAP junior?s basketball tournament kicks off Saturday

The Baby Archers, on top of the standings with a 7-0 slate, take on the Eagles in 2:15 p.m. match.

After their 100-78 win in the first round, La Salle head coach Boris Aldeguer expects Ateneo to bounce back in the second round. The Eagles are tied in second place with University of Santo Tomas at 5-2.

"We know that all teams in the second round will be different so we just have to double up our effort in every aspect of our game. Ateneo will not give up that easy," Aldeguer said.

UST, meanwhile, will face fourth-place Far Eastern U at 10:45a.m.

Head coach Allan Ascue said UST?s defense would focus on FEU gunner Terrence Romeo. "We'll also strive to get decent look at the basket," he added.

University of the East clashes with University of the Philippines at 9a.m. while National University takes on Adamson University at 12:30p.m.
