Sarenas headlines URCC ‘Relentless’ card

MANILA—Mixed martial arts storms into the limelight anew as the Universal Reality Combat Championship (URCC) stages the Colt 45-URCC XVIII dubbed as “Relentless” on Nov. 13 at the A. Venue Events Hall in Makati City.  
Two championship fights will highlight the 10-bout affair, with all eyes on Submission Sport Philippines’ Froilan Sarenas.   Sarenas battles Sprawl’s Jerry “The Destroyer” Legaspi as  they dispute the vacant middleweight crown in a fight expected to go down the wire.   The event is presented by Colt 45 and Tribal Gear with Alaxan FR and Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office as the event’s other major backers.   Also expected to draw attention is the bout between between Eric Kelly of YawYan Ardigma and Nate Flores of Saipan’s Predator Combat/Konflikt who will also duke out for the vacant featherweight title of the event also supported by Chris Sports, Yoshinoya and SeAir.   Tickets for the fight that will start at 8 p.m. are now available at TicketWorld (891-9999).   Media partners of the event that will also see Sprawl’s Sulpiano Laurio battling Onyok Transmonte of Muay Thai-Makati and George Lusadan of Lakay Wushu testing Yaw Yan Kampilan’s MJ Abrillo are SolarTV, Solar Sports, E-Games, 99.5 RT, NU 107, Rogue Magazine, Synermaxx and Stratus Cast.
