NU’s Dindin Santiago gets V-League first conference MVP plum

MANILA, Philippines — National University’s Dindin Santiago was adjudged the Most Valuable Player of the Conference ahead of the best-of-three finals series on Thursday in the 10th Shakey’s V-League First Conference.

Santiago was also this conference’s Best Scorer while three more others from the Lady Bulldogs’ side were given individual awards.

NU’s Myla Pablo won as the Best Attacker award, Rubie De Leon as the Best Setter, and Jen Reyes as the Best Digger.

University of Santo Tomas’ veteran Maika Ortiz got the Best Blocker plum while Pamela Lastimosa the Most Improved Player of the conference.

Ateneo’s Alyssa Valdez was named the Best Server while Jeng Bualee, who played with San Sebastian in the elimination round, was named the Best Receiver.
