ST. LOUIS—Frankie Miñoza faltered with a 4-over-par 75 Saturday and fell 13 strokes behind leader Kenny Perry going into the final round of the Senior PGA Championship, the first of five major events in the 50-and-above division. With his earlier rounds of 71-70 at Bellerive Country Club, Miñoza, winner of the Japan Senior title last year, had a 216 total in a tie with 10 others. Kerry shot a 68 for 203 and a two-stroke lead over two-time champion Jay Haas, who shot a 67. Russ Cochran was third, three strokes behind after a 71. AP
