Jackes expects better Asian Open chances
FLYNN Jackes will join a lean Philippine contingent competing against Asia’s bests in the second leg of the 2013 Asian Karting Open Championships starting today at Kartodromo de Coloane Circuit in Macau.
The 10-year-old Jackes, runner-up in the Philippine kickoff last month, will gun for the Asian Mini-ROK plum.
He wound up third overall last year, losing to two Indonesians.
Jackes is coming off a runner-up finish in the Singapore Karting Championship last week, providing him the the needed morale-booster for the Macau race.
