MANILA, Philippines — Two-time NBA champion LeBron James, one of the best players in the world today, is coming to Manila on July 23, Nike Philippines announced on Friday.
Fresh off a back-to-back title run with the Miami Heat, James is paying the basketball-crazed Philippines a one-day visit “to inspire young Filipino athletes to strive for greatness and keep working hard as he did to win two consecutive championship titles.”
Filipino fans can witness history and see LeBron live for free, as Nike will set to distribute tickets on a first-come, first-served basis.
Tickets will be distributed at Nike Park Bonifacio Global City at 12 noon on July 17. Only two tickets will be given per person.
