MANILA, Philippines – NBA superstar Kobe Bryant arrived in Manila on Monday morning for a one-day Lenovo Mobile promotional tour, a Radyo Inquirer 990AM report said.
The report said the flight landed at the NAIA Terminal 1 at 3:30 am, two hours behind the original schedule.
Lenovo Mobile posted on photo-sharing site Instagram a picture of Bryant with the caption “Are you ready for Kobe Byrant, Manila? The Black Mamba has landed! #walangiwanan #lenovomobileph”
The 34-year-old athlete will first visit a Lenovo store at the Mall of Asia before proceeding to Maxims Hotel in Resorts World Manila for a press conference.
Bryant last visited the Philippines in 2011 for a Nike event and exhibition games with fellow NBA players. It is his sixth visit to the country.
