MANILA, Philippines—The Philippines fell at the hands of Southeast Asian rival Indonesia anew, 0-2, in a friendly late Wednesday night at the Manahan Stadium in Surakarta, Indonesia.

The Azkals yielded a goal in each half with the first coming in the 31st minute before the Indonesians scored on their last goal in the 66th minute.

The Philippines, which jumped three spots to 141 in the latest ranking, had a couple of good looks late but couldn’t capitalize with Phil Younghusband and OJ Porteria’s attempts both going wide.
