FEU guard RR Garcia slapped with one-game suspension
MANILA, Philippines — Snapping out of a losing skid is one thing, doing so without a key player is another.
Far Eastern University, currently on a two-game slide, will have to double its efforts when it takes on University of the East sans its star guard RR Garcia, who was given a one-game suspension Tuesday after committing his second unsportsmanlike foul this UAAP Season 76.

FEU coach Nash Racela had said it’s going to be tough without Garcia, one of his team’s primary weapons along with Terrence Romeo, but “somebody has to step up.”
Garcia, the 2010 MVP, incurred his second unsportsmanlike foul after hitting the Green Archers guard Oda Tampus with an elbow in the third quarter of the Tamaraws’ 66-75 loss last Sunday.
