U11 football team off to UK

The British Council in cooperation with the British Embassy and in partnership with the Philippine Football Federation is sponsoring a 3-week  education and sports training program in the United Kingdom of 22 members of the Philippine  U11 boys football team.

The team will leave for UK tomorrow and return to the Philippines on Sept. 15.

The members of the  UK-bound team   are   Mark Alanquihan, Mark Amaikurut, Josh Asignar, Yuan Rena, Tristan Enad, Charles Unabia,  Chevey Celeste, Shemrei Marobillo, Joi Gaid Jr., Greg Naquines, John Karl Solomo, Jill Pillora, Agiel John Rojo, Drexler Valencia, Ildefonso Escobin, Robert Orr, Michael Osorio, Jacob Padernal, Nikko Guitierrez, Nicolei San Jose Abalos, Shaninho Clemente, and Vin Joel dela Cruz.

The players were products of the PFF’s Kasibulan Grassroots Development Program.
