Rains wash out ‘NC’ games
THE NCAA cancelled its basketball games yesterday due to heavy rains that flooded many parts of Metro Manila.
NCAA management committee chair Dax Castellano announced the decision to move to a later date the games pitting San Sebastian and St. Benilde and Arellano and Jose Rizal U at Filoil Flying V Arena in San Juan.
The Stags are looking for a fourth straight win against the Blazers, while Arellano and Jose Rizal are hoping to make a big push for a Final Four spot.
Article continues after this advertisementIt marked the third time this season that the league has cancelled a playdate due to safety concerns caused by bad weather, further prolonging an already long season.
