Mindanao ace tops Phoenix Motocross
Mindanao pride Bornock Mangosong bucked the muddy and slippery tracks to steal the thunder from the favorites in the premier Pro Open Production at the start of the 2013 Phoenix Motocross Series MX Messiah Fairgrounds last Sunday at Club Manila East in Taytay, Rizal.
Mangosong kept his focus in the face of driving rains to reign supreme in Moto 1 and Moto 2 of the series sponsored by Phoenix Petroleum Philippines Inc and managed by Xtreme Adrenaline Sports.
Mangosong, who pocketed P20,000 and P4,000 Phoenix fuel cards, upstaged race favorites Glen Aguilar, Enzo Rellosa, Jacob Orbe and Ted Conde.
