Team PH keeps clean slate in day 1 of Fiba 3×3 U18 Worlds

MANILA, Philippines – Team Philippines got off to a blistering start in the 2013 FIBA 3×3 Under 18 World Championships and stayed unscathed after day one.

The Philippines crossed out Chinese Taipei, 13-5, Guatemala, 18-9, and Andorra 15-11, on its list in Pool B to keep a clean record as Argentina, Germany, Poland and United States did.

The four-man team of Thirdy Ravena, Kobe Paras, Alvin Tolentino and Prince Rivero banners the country’s campaign in the tournament held in Jakarta, Indonesia.

But they will have their mettle tested against the Americans in day two as the two undefeated squads in group B collide.
