Miss World Megan Young to grace PH NBA Global Games

MANILA, Philippines – Miss World Megan Young will grace the first ever NBA preseason game here Thursday at the Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay City.

Young is set to arrive later in the country at 4:30 p.m. via Cathay Pacific, fresh off her first tour in London after being the first Filipino beauty queen to be crowned in the pageant’s 63-year history last September 28, in Bali, Indonesia.

Young will do the ceremonial toss during the game between the Houston Rockets and Indiana Pacers at 7:30 p.m. as part of the league’s comprehensive NBA Global Games schedule, which features 12 teams playing 10 cities in seven countries throughout the world.
