MANILA, Philippines —Lyoto Machida knocked out Filipino fighter Mark Muñoz in the first round of the UFC Fight Night 30 main event Sunday (Manila time).

Earlier, Jimi Manuwa took his MMA record to 13-0 with a TKO victory over Ryan Jimmo, who appeared to sustain an achilles injury that caused him to verbally submit to referee Neil Hall at 4:41 of the second round.
