PBA D-League: Wangs stuns Cebuana Lhuillier for first win

MANILA, Philippines — Wangs Basketball finally barged into the win column after scoring an 86-72 upset of Cebuana Lhuillier Monday in the PBA D-League Aspirants’ Cup at the Ynares Sports Arena in Pasig City.

Ervic Vijandre tallied 20 points while former Mapua forward Macky Acosta added 16 for the Couriers, who won its first game in three stints.

Paul Zamar had 13 for the Gems, who dropped to 1-2.
