Hog’s Breath Cafe dropped a 17-0 bomb in the last five minutes and halted Cagayan Valley’s unbeaten run with an upset 82-78 decision yesterday in the PBA D-League Aspirants Cup at Ynares Sports Arena.

Philip Paniamogan sizzled in the run that lifted the Razorbacks, who played minus head coach Caloy Garcia,  from 13-points down, 63-76, in the last 5:04 minutes.

“We started hitting our shots from the outside and they (Rising Suns) struggled with our zone defense in the end,” said Razorbacks deputy coach Joel Jabar, who took over as Garcia called the shots for Letran, which dragged San Beda into a winner-take-all match for  the NCAA title.
