UNILAB Active Health’s Tri United 4 puts the spotlight on the up-and-coming triathletes as the race heads to Fontana Leisure Parks and Casino in Clark, Pampanga on Nov. 24.
This edition, a part of the successful Tri United Series, has lured a large field of newcomers and promising racers who will compete either in the sprint distance of 900m swim-30K bike-5K run or the shorter distance of 600m swim-20K bike-5K run.
Organized by BikeKing headed by Raul Cuevas, the event also features two-man relay and three-man relay competitions.
On Dec. 11, Unilab will stage a series-ending party for all the participants of the 2013 Tri United Series. The age group winners in the series will also be recognized.
The top three in the male and female divisions will receive medals and gift packs.
No racer will go home empty-handed as each one gets a finisher’s medal, postrace meal, Unilab Active Health token, race shirt, swim cap, timing chip, race bib, bike and helmet stickers and race belt. Jasmine W. Payo
