IS BRANDON Rios suffering from overheat ahead of his big bout against Manny Pacquiao this Sunday?
Of course, Rios can’t be blamed for snarling at members of Team Pacquiao, specifically head trainer Freddie Roach.
As reported by Ian Iole of YahooSports yesterday, Rios complained about the unjustified treatment being accorded him by the opposing camp.

Rios did not like the idea that Roach, in particular, has refused to treat him seriously.
Iole said Rios complained that Roach & Co. tried to “treat him like some sort of a joke.”
“The more I see tapes of his (Rios) fights, the more I feel better,” Roach had been quoted as saying.

Iole said Rios also complained of how he continued to be downgraded as nothing better than “a tuneup fight.”
Rios, a former amateur standout, has very sound basics.
“I’m not a tuneup fight, that they’ll find out soon enough,” Rios said.

Of course, the order of the day is for Rios to throw caution to the wind if he hopes to run down Pacquiao.
In fact, Sugar Ray Leonard has reportedly advised Rios to jump on Pacquiao right at the first bell.
Rios has also been advised against leaving room for Pacquiao “to fight intelligently.”
