Big Chill improves to 6-0; NLEX up
Mar Villahermosa and Reil Cervantes teamed up for 36 points as Big Chill rolled to its sixth straight victory with a 94-87 decision of Cafe France yesterday in the PBA D-League Aspirants Cup at JCSGO Gym.
Villahermosa unloaded all his 18 points in the second half and Cervantes finished with the same output in the game that the unbeaten Superchargers controlled most of the way.

NLEX also stretched its unbeaten run to three following an 82-75 triumph over skidding Boracay Rum in the second game.
The Road Warriors pulled away by 16 points right in the first quarter, 30-14, before dousing a late run that saw the Waves move within three, 76-73, in the last 73 seconds.
Article continues after this advertisementGarvo Lanete dropped a game-high 23 points, 15 coming from three-point range, while Jake Pascual (11 points), Byron Villarias (10) and Art dela Cruz (10) also delivered in key stretches.
In the nightcap, Jonathan Banal sank two free throws with 6.4 seconds left as newcomer Wangs Basketball upset Cagayan Valley, 76-74.
Michael Juico topscored with 22 points for the Couriers, who closed with an 8-2 run to improve to 2-3 while dealing a second loss to the Rising Suns in seven games.
The Bakers fell to 3-3 while the Waves dropped to 2-4.
