T’boli youth in Philippine shooting team

T’BOLI, South Cotabato, Philippines—A 15-year-old T’boli youth will be joining the Philippine delegation to the world shooting competition to be held in Athens, Greece in October.

Keo Dayle Tuan, son of T’boli, South Cotabato, Councilor Dibu Tuan, is now undergoing further training by Coach TJ Joson of True Weight Gunshop in Manila.

“I am praying for my son’s success so he can bring honor to our country and his tribe,” Councilor Tuan said.

Keo recently bagged  third place in the Open Division of the Junior Open Category at the shooting competition held during Davao City’s Kadayawan Festival.

FEATURED STORIES

Last year, he also landed in the top five places of the Junior Open division during the world shooting contest in Malaysia.

Keo started shooting when he was 11. In October last year, he officially became a member of the Australasia Shooters.
