LA SALLE stayed unscathed in women’s volleyball even as defending baseball champion Ateneo kicked off its campaign with a scintillating comeback win in separate UAAP action yesterday.

The Lady Archers, who have yet to yield a set this season, downed Far Eastern University, 25-19, 25-17, 25-16, to streak to their fifth straight triumph in women’s volleyball at Filoil Flying V Arena.

Ara Galang unloaded 18 points and Abigail Maraño had four blocks in a 10-point outing in another dominant show that kept the defending champion Lady Archers solo on top.
