MANILA, Philippines — Manny Pacquiao will get the chance to settle a score with Tim Bradley when they figure in a grudge rematch on April 12 at MGM Grand in Las Vegas, according to reliable sources.
Details of Pacquiao-Bradley II have been ironed out and the formal announcement will be made next week, the same sources said.
Though Pacquiao dominated Bradley in their June 2012 fight, judges incongruously awarded the American a split decision to snare the Filipino’s WBO welterweight crown.
A panel of veteran judges formed by the WBO later reviewed and unanimously declared Pacquiao the clear winner of the bout, also staged at MGM.
Pacquiao fought Juan Manuel Marquez next, losing by a shocking sixth-round knockout.
The Fighter of the Decade, however, rebounded with a 12-round schooling of Brandon Rios last November in Macau.
Bradley, on the other hand, survived a brawl with Ruslan Provodnikov and then upstaged Marquez early this year to boost his stock.
