Camaso lifts Judiciary quint
MANILA, Philippines — Former pro Don Camaso capped his game-high 33 points with clutch baskets to power Judiciary Magis past the Department of Justice, 101-96, in the UNTV Cup Season 2 at Meralco Gym over the weekend.
Camaso, the 6-foot-6 center who had stints in the PBA and the Asean Basketball League, put the defending champion Magis ahead, 98-90, in the final minute on the way to their third straight win in Group A.

Earlier, the Malacañang Patriots carved out an 81-75 upset of the Senate Defenders that boast former PBA MVP Kenneth Duremdes as reinforcement.
Greg Malapit fired a team-high 17 points and grabbed six rebounds to lead the Patriots to their first win in two outings.

Villanueva and Berganio dished out six assists each as the Patriots dealt Senate its second loss.
The Patriots will take on PhilHealth at 5 p.m. on Sunday at Ynares Sports Arena in Pasig.
Other matches pit DOJ versus the Metro Manila Development Authority at 2 p.m. and the Local Government Units against the Armed Forces of the Philippines at 3:30 p.m.
