MANILA, Philippines — Defending champion Jonathan Tiu of JCT-Blanche Racing and reigning Southern Series titlist Marc Manalo glittered anew as they dominated their respective classes recently in the second leg of the 2014 Petronas Philippine Drag Racing Championship Southern Series at the Batangas Racing Circuit Drag Strip.
Tiu captured his second straight triumph in the Quick 8 division and his fourth overall this season while Manalo ruled the Pro class of this event sanctioned by the Automobile Association Philippines.
The next race is set April 5.
