MANILA, Philippines — Tickets for the 2014 PBA All-Star weekend are still available as the festivities ensue on Thursday at the Mall of Asia Arena.
While tickets for the Patron VIP, Patron A and Lower Box A have been sold out for the anticipated April 6 match between PBA All-Stars and Smart Gilas Pilipinas, according to SM Tickets, fans still have a chance to watch from the Patron B, Lower Box B and C, Upper Box and General Admissions sections.
Ticket prices for the 5 p.m. match are pegged at P1,300 (Patron B), P1,050 (Lower B), P1,000 (Lower C), P525 (Upper Box) and P375 (Gen Ad).
For those who want to witness their favorite PBA players outshoot each other in the 3-point shooting competition and wow everyone with their creative slams in the Dunk contest on April 4 at 5:30 p.m., tickets for all sections are still on sale.
After the Skills Challenge, PBA Greats and PBA Stalwarts take on the floor in an exhibition match that will sure cater to fans of all ages set at 8 p.m.
Tickets for the April 4 event are priced at P1,510 (VIP), P1,280 (Patron A), P1,190 (Patron B), P1,005 (Lower Box A), P690 (Lower B), P915 (lower C), P475 (Upper Box) and P340 (Gen Ad).
The league, though, will also bring the PBA players closer to fans who don’t have the luxury to watch the game beyond their TV sets.
The PBA players are scheduled to visit Jose Reyes Memorial Medical Center on Thursday for Alagang PBA, Hospicio de San Jose Orphanage on Friday, and are set to do a meet and greet on Saturday while spreading awareness on diabetes at SM San Lazaro and SM Bicutan.
Every year, the PBA takes the All-Star weekend to different parts the country — from Baguio, Bacolod City, Boracay, Digos City, among others — but this time all events will be held in Manila.
