MANILA, Philippines — The Philippines’ PLDT Home TVolution Power Pinoys will be a keen observer when Iraq battles Mongolia Saturday in the 2014 Asian Men’s Volleyball Club Championship at Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay City.

With a 1-1 record, the Power Pinoys’ quarterfinal hopes will hinge on the 12 noon duel between the Iraqis, represented by South Gas Club, and Mongolia’s Altain Bars.

The Power Pinoys pulled off a straight-sets romp over the Mongolians on opening day before going down to the power-hitting Iraqi squad reinforced by two European imports.
