MANILA, Philippines — Four teams try to break into the win column in the women’s division even as Cignal seeks a follow-up to its impressive start in men’s action Sunday in the Philippine Super Liga All-Filipino volleyball at Cuneta Astrodome.
Cagayan Valley and PLDT clash in the 3 p.m. women’s opening match after losing their debut matches against Air Asia and Petron, respectively.
Cignal, which dragged Air Asia to a thrilling five-setter last Wednesday, is also looking to notch a win against debuting Generika-Philippine Army in the 5 p.m. second game.
In the men’s category, Cignal tests its mettle against Via Mare at 7 p.m., with the HD Spikers gunning for a second win.
