Camacho is chef de mission again in Singapore

MANILA, Philippines –The Philippines placed fourth overall in the 2003 Southeast Asian Games in Vietnam with Julian Camacho as chef de mission.

Camacho, wushu’s secretary general, was again appointed CDM of the Philippine delegation to the 2015 SEA Games in Singapore.

“If [national sports associations] work harder, we can accomplish bigger things,” said Camacho, who is also treasurer of the Philippine Olympic Committee.

According to Camacho, the Philippines should win somewhere between 35 and 40 gold medals to at least place fifth overall and improve on its seventh-place performance in the 2013 SEA Games in Burma (Myanmar) out of 11 countries.
