PH Superliga cancels games on Wednesday due to ‘Glenda’

MANILA, Philippines — The Philippine Superliga (PSL) on Tuesday announced the cancellation of its games slated Wednesday due to Typhoon “Glenda.”

The PSL technical management decided to cancel three games featuring the Petron Blaze Spikers against the Cagayan Lady Rising Suns, Generika-Army Lady Troopers vs the AirAsia Flying Spikers and the lone men’s play between Cignal HD Spikers and IEM Phoenix Volley Masters at the Cuneta Astrodome.

The league also said that all affected matches will be “aligned and rescheduled.”

As of Tuesday noon, the state weather bureau has put Metro Manila under Signal No. 2 and 13 areas under Signal no. 3.
