UAAP: Tolomia, Belo lead FEU over winless Adamson

MANILA, Philippines—Mike Tolomia and Mac Belo led the way anew as Far Eastern University turned back Adamson, 71-62, to end the first round of action in the UAAP Season 77 men’s basketball tournament Wednesday at the Smart Araneta Coliseum.

Tolomia, the starting guard, had 23 points, five rebounds and four assists while Belo, a handful for his defenders with his versatility, added 13 points and four boards.

The Tamaraws upped their record to 5-2 while keeping the Falcons winless at 0-7 heading into the second round of eliminations which starts on Saturday.
