CEU routs PCU in Naascu
Centro Escolar posted its second straight win with a 106-57 rout of newcomer Philippine Christian even as host St. Clare bounced into win column with an easy 89-52 victory over City University of Pasay yesterday in the National Association of Schools, Colleges and Universities men’s basketball at Makati Coliseum.
Riding the crest of its rousing win over St. Clare in the opener, CEU unloaded its full might against hapless PCU, which absorbed its second straight defeat.
Erven Silverie starred with 23 points as the Scorpions practically had a basketball clinic with just about every body sent into the game scoring. Coming off the bench, Silverie fired five three-pointers.

Rizal Technological U also scored its first win after beating Diliman College Technological Institute, 66-58. DCTI fell to 1-1.
