A total of 800 racers vie to conquer a challenging new race course when the 2014 Active Health Duathlon heads to Sandbox, Alviera in Porac, Pampanga, this Sunday.

Previously staged in South Clark, Pampanga, the tough 6K run-60K bike-4K run will now traverse the Porac access road in the run leg, while the cycling route will cross the Alviera to Dinalupihan stretch in SCTEX.

Robeno Javier and Monica Torres topped the inaugural race in 2012, while Augusto Benedicto and Mirasol Abad ruled last year’s edition.
