UFCC Red 6-stag 2nd leg derby at Araneta Monday
THE ULTIMATE Fighting Cock Championships returns to Smart Araneta Coliseum on Monday with the Red Group staging the second leg of 6-stag derby series. Entry fee is P55,000.
The derby follows the UFCC Blue Group’s own 6-stag battles at Pasay City Cockpit last Thursday where three entries scored 5 points each and shared the championship.
The co-champions were the entries “Spartans Greco Cup Nov. 13 Sta. Monica” of Rey Briones, “E.P. Roosterville 7-Stag Nov. 28 Pasay” of Gov. Eddie Bong Plaza, and “Sr. Pedro/JM Fantastic GRB” of Rep. Peter Unabia.
Monday’s derby, held in cooperation with Thunderbird Platinum, Thunderbird Bexan XP, Resorts World Manila, and Solaire Resorts & Casino, will see whether double champion Nelson Uy can hit paydirt again or Sonny Lagon can continue his winning streak.
