Pagunsan within 3 after 54 holes
IBARAKI PREFECTURE, Japan—Juvic Pagunsan birdied four times in a nine-hole stretch from No. 9 to salvage a 1-under-par 70 and move within three strokes of new leader Liang Wen-chong of China after three rounds at the ¥150-million (about $1.5 million) Asia-Pacific Open Golf Championship Diamond Cup on Saturday. With earlier rounds of 69-72, Pagunsan compiled a 54-hole total of 211 to take a share of sixth place with seven players.
