NCA 6-stag derby slated Oct. 7
THE BEST of Philippine cockfighting will face off anew in the 6-stag derby of the National Cockers Alliance (NCA) on Tuesday at Ynares Sports Arena in Pasig City.
More than 100 fights will be hosted by Eric dela Rosa, Butchoy, Edwin Tose, Elan Nagaño, lawyer Jun Mendoza and Tonton Uy.
Among the participants in the Sagupaan Complexor-backed event are Ito Ynares, Elan Nagaño, Boy de Roca, Johnny Jalandoni, Pipo Soliman, Vic Yap, Firefly Group, Edgar Santos, Ruel Ricafort, Luding Boongaling, Osang dela Cruz, Procis Aquino, Claude Bautista, Jose Panganiban, Efren Canlas, Jun Jungco and Rep. Patrick Antonio.
Last Sept. 30, the winners with 5 points each were “JM Fantastic SL” of Nad Mendoza, “Harsy” of Harold Ramos, “419 Sta. Cruz” of Edwin Tose and “Skylarks” of Boy Martinez.
“Vertical Limit” of Tonton Uy was runner-up with 4.5 points.
